n8n automation in Morocco

Short answer: to learn n8n, TeamElGhazi runs the Automation & No-Code course, six weeks of live online classes for 1,500 MAD, open to learners anywhere in Morocco. If you would rather have the automation built for your business, our AI & Operations Automation service starts at 5,000 MAD, quoted per project.

n8n automation in Morocco: a WhatsApp message goes through n8n, which adds a Google Sheets row and sends a follow-up e-mail

In many Moroccan small businesses, the same chores come back every day: copying a WhatsApp message into a spreadsheet, chasing a quote nobody answered, reminding a client of an appointment, pulling tonight's numbers out of three different files. n8n lets you hand those chores to a workflow that runs on its own. This page covers what is worth automating, how a workflow is put together, and the two ways to get there with us: learn it yourself, or let us build it.

What businesses automate most with n8n

  • Incoming requests: a website form or a WhatsApp message is logged in Google Sheets or a CRM, and the right person is notified.
  • Follow-ups: quotes sent, unpaid invoices, incomplete files, each with a polite reminder after the delay you choose.
  • Appointment reminders: the calendar is read every morning and reminders go out by e-mail or WhatsApp.
  • Reports: a daily or weekly summary of the figures you currently check by hand.
  • AI where it actually helps: sorting requests, summarising long messages, or answering common questions from your own documents.

We walk through these five cases, and what each one needs, in what a Moroccan SME should automate first with n8n.

How an n8n workflow is built

Diagram of the 4 stages of an n8n workflow: trigger, rules, AI where it helps, actions, with an alert, log and retry when a step fails
  1. A trigger: a form, a message, a webhook or a fixed time starts the workflow.
  2. Rules: filters, routers and variables send each case where it belongs (a new customer is not handled like an existing one).
  3. AI if it is useful: a language model sorts, summarises or drafts a reply, with a human check at the start.
  4. Actions: write to Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion, send an e-mail or a message, update a CRM.

A solid workflow also plans for failure: an e-mail alert, an execution log and an automatic retry. That is the difference between a demo and a system a business can rely on, and it is a full module of our course.

Learn n8n or have it built: prices and formats

Learning it makes sense if you have tasks to automate yourself and some time to invest, or if you want to turn it into a job. The Automation & No-Code course covers n8n and Make scenarios, webhooks, Airtable and Notion databases, conditional logic, error handling and cost control, up to a documented final project.

Having it built makes sense when time is short or the workflow handles sensitive data. With AI & Operations Automation, we first look at how you work today, then build and document the workflows on the tools you already use.

Self-hosted n8n: why it matters in Morocco

n8n can run on your own server. That has two practical effects. Tools billed per operation get expensive once volumes rise, while a self-hosted n8n mostly costs the server. And your customers' data stays on a machine you choose, which makes it easier to comply with Morocco's personal data law (Law 09-08).

Make is still a good choice to start quickly without a server. We teach both, and we will tell you plainly which one fits your case.

Anywhere in Morocco, online or in Casablanca

The course runs live online, so you can join from Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir or Fez, and every session is recorded. Our centre is in Maarif, Casablanca. To go further with Python, AI agents and RAG, see the blended Artificial Intelligence and Automation program (4 months, 4,500 MAD) and our Python course in Casablanca. For the full picture, read AI training in Morocco.

How the course works

  • Taught in French; questions welcome in French, Darija or English.
  • Live sessions on Google Meet, all recorded.
  • Exercises on real cases and a final project: a complete, documented working system.
  • TeamElGhazi certificate once the project is approved.
  • If the first session is not right for you, full refund minus a 100 MAD registration fee (see the terms and conditions).

Frequently asked questions

What is n8n?

n8n is a visual automation tool: each step (receive a form, write to Google Sheets, send an e-mail, call an AI model) is a block, and you connect blocks to form a workflow. It can run on your own server or as a hosted service.

Where can I learn n8n in Morocco?

At TeamElGhazi, the Automation & No-Code course (n8n and Make) is taught live online and can be followed from anywhere in Morocco: 1.5 months for 1,500 MAD, recorded sessions, a final project and a certificate. Our centre is in Maarif, Casablanca (26 rue Nahas Nahoui).

Do I need to know how to code to use n8n?

Not to get started: most workflows are built by connecting blocks. A few notions (the JSON format, simple expressions) help with finer cases, and they are covered in the course.

How much does an n8n automation cost for a business?

Our AI & Operations Automation service starts at 5,000 MAD. The final price depends on the number of workflows, the tools to connect and how much AI is involved; we quote it after looking at your tasks.

n8n or Make: which one should I choose?

Both connect your apps. Make is hosted and billed by the number of operations; n8n can run on your own server, which keeps costs down as volumes grow and keeps the data with you. The course covers both so you can choose for your own case.

Is the course taught in English?

Sessions are taught in French. You can ask your questions in English, French or Darija, and the n8n interface itself is in English.
