We only receive what you send us:

• Website forms (contact, quote, maintenance subscription, corporate training, publishing, partnerships, social impact, founder's note): name, email, phone, company and the message you write.
• Job and internship applications: the same information, plus your CV and any files you attach.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Training enrolment: name, contact details and level. For a child, this information is provided by a parent or guardian.
• Exchanges by email, phone, WhatsApp or on our social media pages: your contact details and the content of your messages.
• Technical data: like any web server, ours records the IP address, requested page, date and browser in technical logs. These logs are size-limited and deleted automatically.

We use no audience measurement tool (no Google Analytics) and no advertising pixel (neither Meta nor TikTok). Our website sets no cookies.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and video thumbnails from YouTube, so your browser contacts Google's servers, which see your IP address. A YouTube video only starts after you click it; YouTube's own rules then apply and it may set its own cookies.

• To answer your requests and prepare quotes (at your request).
• To organise training courses and follow learners (performance of the contract).
• To review job and internship applications.
• To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it (consent).
• To invoice and keep our accounts (legal obligation).
• To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).

Your data is never sold.

The TeamElGhazi team, and our technical providers, only to run our services:

• Hostinger: hosting of the website (server located in Germany) and of our contact@teamelghazi.com mailbox.
• Google: messages sent through the forms also arrive in a team Gmail inbox; Google Fonts and YouTube (see section 3).
• Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini): we use these artificial intelligence tools to help us read, sort and draft our replies to emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube: when you write to us on these platforms. Their own privacy policies also apply.

Some of these providers process data outside Morocco, in particular in the European Union and the United States.

• Contact requests, quotes and applications: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Just reply "STOP" or write to contact@teamelghazi.com.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
• Server technical logs: size-limited and deleted automatically.

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to contact@teamelghazi.com: we reply within 30 days. You can also contact the CNDP (Morocco's National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection): www.cndp.ma.

If you are in the European Union, the GDPR also gives you the right to restrict the use of your data, to receive it in a readable format (portability) and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

The website runs over HTTPS and access to the data is restricted to the TeamElGhazi team.
