Short answer: TeamElGhazi trains your staff in AI and automation in one day (7 hours or two half-days), at your offices, at our Maarif centre in Casablanca or online, with exercises built on your real documents. Pricing is a custom quote based on headcount and format, and we can then automate one real process in your department.
Who is it for?
Teams that lose hours to repetitive work: answering the same e-mails, copying requests into a spreadsheet, chasing clients, drafting quotes and reports. It suits sales, admin, customer service, marketing and management teams, from small businesses to large companies operating in Morocco.
No coding is needed. The goal is plain: fewer repetitive tasks, and tools your people actually use the next morning.
Format
- Length: one 7-hour day, or two half-days.
- In-house or open: a session just for your company, or a shared session with staff from other companies.
- Location: your offices, our centre in Maarif, Casablanca, or online for teams in Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, elsewhere in Morocco or abroad.
- Your documents: exercises run on your own cases (template e-mails, quotes, spreadsheets) with sensitive data removed.
- Language: the course is taught in French; questions are welcome in English or Darija.
- Price: custom quote based on headcount and format.
The programme in 4 parts
Part 1
Everyday AI, safely
Drafting, summarising, rewording and analysing a spreadsheet with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. What you can hand over to AI, and what you never give it: customer data and confidential information.
Part 2
Prompts that work for your job
Ready-to-use prompts for client e-mails, meeting minutes, quotes, product sheets and listings. Every participant leaves with their own prompt library.
Part 3
One task automated end to end
A live n8n demo: a form or an e-mail comes in, Google Sheets fills itself, the reply or follow-up goes out on its own, and AI sorts the requests along the way.
Part 4
Workshop: your repetitive tasks
Each participant lists their recurring tasks; together we pick the ones worth automating and write the team's action plan.
After the training: one real automated process
A training day builds the habits. To make the time savings last, we can then automate one real process in your department, such as quotes, follow-ups or reporting, with AI added where it actually helps, and train the person who will keep it running.

How long is the corporate AI training?

Where does it take place?

What is the difference between in-house and open sessions?
An in-house session is reserved for your company and built around your documents. An open session brings together staff from several companies.
How much does it cost?
It is priced on a custom quote, based on headcount and format (in-house or open, on site or online). We send a written proposal after a first call.
Do participants need to code?
No. The training is designed for business teams: sales, admin, customer service, marketing and management. The automation part is a guided n8n demo, with no programming.
Which AI tools do you use?
ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for writing and analysis; n8n and Google Sheets for automation. Where possible we start from the tools your company already uses.
Is our data kept confidential?
That is the first topic of the day: what can be shared with AI and what never should be. Exercises use your documents with customer data and sensitive details removed.
