Custom course materials for training centres

Published · by Abdellah El Ghazi, founder of TeamElGhazi

Short answer: TeamElGhazi writes the materials for your courses from your own syllabus: learner handouts, trainer slides, worked exercises, quizzes and an online module, all in your branding. You first get a sample page on one of your courses, then an itemised quote; the work is done remotely from Casablanca for training providers in Morocco and abroad.

Sample course page: session objective, lesson, 4-step method, exercise with figures and a full answer key for the trainer

The problem we solve

In many centres the syllabus is approved but the materials lag behind. Each trainer builds their own files, often in the evening, and the level of detail varies from one group to the next. Exercises lack answer keys, slides don't match the handout learners take home, and when a trainer leaves, their materials leave too. A new intake or an online version means starting over.

Materials written once, in one consistent format and mapped to your syllabus, fix this: every session has its lesson, exercises and answer key, and any trainer on the team can pick it up.

What we produce

Learner handout

Each session's lesson as a PDF: objective, key ideas, step-by-step method, examples from the target job. Clean layout in your logo and colours.

Trainer slide deck

Slides to project in class, matched to the handout, with trainer notes: what to say, and where learners usually get stuck.

Exercises and answer keys

Realistic tasks (figures, documents, workplace situations) with a full answer key for the trainer, so a stand-in can run the session without starting from scratch.

Quizzes and assessments

Revision questions, end-of-module tests with a marking scheme, and observation grids for practical skills.

Online module

The same content built on Moodle or the platform you already use: lessons, auto-marked quizzes and learner progress tracking.

Ready-made programme

Launching a new course? We break it into modules and sessions, set the objectives and timings, and write the matching materials.

For each module, 5 deliverables: learner handout, trainer slide deck, exercises with answer keys, quizzes and assessments, online module; steps: your syllabus, sample page, sign-off, production, review

What a page looks like

A real example: for a bookkeeping technician programme, we prepared a page on bank reconciliation (the "Treasury" unit). It follows the same structure as all our materials:

  1. Objective: what the learner can do by the end of the session, in one checkable sentence.
  2. Lesson: the concept explained plainly, with a table where it helps (here: who corrects what, the company or the bank).
  3. Method: the steps to follow, numbered.
  4. Exercise: a case with real-looking figures, close to the actual job.
  5. Answer key: the full solution with entries or reasoning, so the trainer has nothing to redo.

We have produced pages like this in bookkeeping, business English, IELTS and TOEFL preparation, German at B1 level, entrance-exam preparation and AI for executive assistants. IT and AI are our daily work: TeamElGhazi is also a training centre, and our publishing division designs books such as "Learn Python through Practice".

How a project runs

  1. Your syllabus: send us the course title, syllabus or standard, duration and audience.
  2. Sample page: we prepare a page on one of your sessions so you can judge the level and layout.
  3. Quote and sign-off: deliverables, number of sessions, languages, file formats and timing in writing.
  4. Module-by-module production: you receive each module as soon as it is ready.
  5. Review: your trainers review, and we fold in their comments before the final version.

Who it is for

  • Vocational training centres opening a new programme or aligning materials across several trainers.
  • Language schools: materials by level, test preparation, business English or French.
  • Continuing education providers moving classroom courses online.
  • Exam-prep and tutoring centres: revision sheets, graded exercise sets, mock exams.
  • Independent trainers who want a professional handout for their clients.

For universities and colleges, see also our AI and automation module for higher education.

Beyond the materials

Once the materials are in place, many centres also want to cut admin work: joining instructions, attendance sheets, feedback forms and certificates. We handle that with automation for training providers. If your website does not yet showcase your courses or take enrolments, see our school website with online enrolment. And to support learners between sessions, there is TEMO, our AI tutor.

Frequently asked questions

What course materials can you produce for a training centre?

The learner handout (PDF lesson), the trainer slide deck, exercise books with answer keys, quizzes and assessments, and an online version of the module (Moodle or your own platform). For a brand-new course we can also design the full programme: modules, sessions, objectives and timings.

How much do custom course materials cost?

Pricing is by quote, because it depends on the number of sessions, the deliverables (a PDF handout alone or the full pack with slides, exercises, quizzes and an online module), how specialised the subject is and how many languages you need. The quote is free and itemises every deliverable.

Can we see a sample before ordering?

Yes. Send us the title of one course from your catalogue and we will prepare a sample page on that topic (objective, lesson, method, exercise and answer key), in your colours if you like. You judge the real thing before deciding.

Which subjects do you cover?

IT, AI, programming and office software are our core subjects. We have also produced sample pages in bookkeeping, business English, IELTS and TOEFL preparation, German and entrance-exam preparation. For highly technical subjects we work from your documents and your trainers sign off the content.

Which languages?

French, English and Arabic, plus the target language for language courses. Each version is written for its readers, not translated word for word.

Do you use artificial intelligence?

Yes, as a tool: it helps with layout and with drafting exercise variations. We check every page, rework the calculations and answer keys, and your trainers review everything before it reaches learners.

Will the materials follow our syllabus and branding?

Yes. We start from your syllabus (or the standard you follow) and your brand guidelines: logo, colours, fonts and required notices. Delivery formats and terms of use are set out in the quote.

Do you work with centres outside Morocco?

Yes. Everything is done remotely by email and video call, for training providers in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, French-speaking Africa and elsewhere, as well as centres across Morocco. Our office is in Casablanca, one hour from London time in winter.

Send us the title of one of your courses and we will prepare a sample page.
